Lead Ropes
Over the years we have become absolutely convinced of the superiority of the treeline for our lead ropes.The ability to feel of your horse is paramount. Treeline lets you do that better.We cut our lead ropes to a standard 12'. They are finished with a leather popper on one end and the other end is seared to prevent unraveling. These leads are attached to the halter with a sheet bend knot so there is no hardware to break.This provides greater safety to you, your horse,and the ability to communicate more effectively during groundwork. Mecates
Our mecates are made of the same treeline that we make our leads. For the same reasons, the feel and responsiveness of your horse. For use with a snaffle and slobber straps, we make our mecates 22' in length. Each is finished with a leather popper on one end. An integral turks head with a braided leather knot finishes the other end. This makes our mecates much stronger than some others on the market. The tassel can't come off, it's part of the rope.
