The Bandito is perfectly designed for working cattle. A pointed profile is great for earmarking and there is enough belly to the blade to accomplish slicing with ease. This knife is very comfortable in the hand and is extremely balanced yeilding a very responsive and lively knife. The Bandito is 6.5 inches long overall, and it's blade measures in at 2 3/8 inches. It has a slender profile that carries easily all day without getting in the way. This knife is flat ground for a very sharp, rugged edge. The Bandito comes with a lanyard hole and leather thong. This knife is made from 440C stainless steel. It has a rockwell hardness of 54-56. This hardness allows for good edge holding quality, while providing easy re-sharpening. These knives are handmade to your order specifications. You choose the handle material and sheath style. Please allow APPROXIMATELY 16 weeks for completion of your handmade knife. Any Dymondwood handle comes standard with this knife for the base price. (Please refer to Handle Material Options at the bottom of this page). An Oil Tan, Slotted sheath is included in price.   Options include a brass or nickel silver bolster, spacers, mosaic pins and filework on the spine of the knife.
