The Coyote is a small sized utility knife. This knife is 6 1/4 inches overall in length, with a 2 3/4 inch blade. Hollow ground from 440C stainless steel, the blade is satin finished. As a working/utility knife all steel parts are finished to 400 grit. The Coyote is a perfect sized knife for daily carrry. With a Rockwell hardness of 54-56, this knife sharpens to a razor edge that is easy to maintain.These knives are handmade to your order specifications. You choose the handle material and sheath style. Please allow APPROXIMATELY  16 weeks for completion of your handmade knife. Any Dymondwood handle comes standard with this knife for the base price. (Please refer to Handle Material Options at the bottom of this page). An Oil Tan, Slotted sheath is included in price. Options include a brass or nickel silver bolster, spacers, mosaic pins and filework on the spine of the knife.
