The Buckaroo is our popular mid sized Damascus steel knife. This knife is 6.5 inches overall, with a blade length of 2 5/8  inches. The sharply pointed profile of this blade is perfect for cattle working. If you're looking for a knife that is not too small and not too big..... The Buckaroo will work well for you. The Buckaroo also comes with a lanyard hole, leather thong and mosaic pins.  The blade is made from skillfully hand forged Damascus steel.  Each blade has an exquisite and totally unique pattern that is formed by the layers of this steel.  Damascus steel has been legendary for centuries for its toughness, beauty and edge holding ability. These knives are handmade to your order specifications. You choose the handle material and sheath style. Please allow APPROXIMATELY 16 weeks for completion of your handmade knife. Any Dymondwood handle comes standard with this knife for the base price.(Please see Handle Material Options on the bottom of this page).  An Oil Tan, Slotted sheath is included in price. Options include a brass or nickel silver bolster, spacers, mosaic pins in the bolster and filework on the spine of the knife.
