Horsewright Knife Sheaths
These sheaths are durable, practical and specifically designed to safely carry knives horseback. Handmade by Dave Ferry of Horsewright Clothing & Tack Co.
Some of these sheaths are included with the purchase of a Horsewright Knife at no additional cost, but they may also be purchased seperately. All of these sheaths can be custom built for a knife you already have. Send us the knife and we'll return it to you with a high quality handmade sheath properly fitted to the exact characteristics of your knife. Some of the sheaths can be enhanced with tooling or your initials for a small additional fee. Your sheath will be made for both you and your knife - so we'll need to know if you are left or right handed. Color choices for all sheaths: Natural, Oil Tan, Saddle Tan, Light Brown, Dark Brown and Mohagany.

Horsewright "Slot and Loop" Sheath

This is an ideal sheath for riding, and is an excellent choice for The Bandito, The Rodeo, and The El Toro. Designed to be worn over the left front pants pocket for a right handed person. This makes the knife easily accessible with either hand when needed. A left handed person would carry it over their right front pants pocket. The sheath may also be worn behind the hip. This sheath cannot be tooled.
Horsewright "Pancake" Sheath

A versatile choice for The Bandito, The Rodeo and The El Toro. This sheath is designed to be carried in the front, on the hip, or in the small of the back ("SOB" style). Please let us know if you are left or right handed when ordering.

The Wallet Sheath works well with The Bandito. This is a simple and excellent design that is very practical. It allows you to carry a small knife safely and securely making it easily accessible but inconspicuous. The Wallet sheath has a small area that can be tooled at no additional charge.

The Scabbard sheath is designed for a knife with a finger guard. A strap with a snap fits over the guard securing the knife into the sheath. Options: Initials, brand, border and basket stamps.
