You Need a Good Knife!
If you are around horses you should carry a sharp knife. This is a safety precaution that is too often ignored. Many times a good knife is not just handy but absolutely necessary for a person’s or horse's safety. When an emergency arises you don’t have time to wander to the barn or house to get a knife. Most working cowboys and buckaroos that we know not only carry a knife, most carry 2 or 3.
